Position : Front Office Assistant (Receptionist)
Location : Kathmandu
Qualification : + 2 or prefer Graduation in Management
Experience : More than 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  •  Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
  • Handle general administrative tasks like mail sorting, scheduling appointments, and managing supplies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Provide basic assistance with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense recording.

Skills and Qualifications

  •  Proficient in English and Nepali communication, both written and verbal.
  •  Exudes a professional and welcoming demeanor to visitors and callers.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and adept at basic office equipment operation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and executing administrative duties.
