Relationship Manager

Jagdamba Hire Purchase is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Mobiles Division to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth in the mobile financing segment. Position: Relationship Manager – Mobiles

Location: Head Office, Kathmandu

 Department: Loan & Recovery

Key Responsibilities (JD)

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets for mobile financing schemes.
•  Identify new customers, retailers, and partners to expand the business network.
• Promote EMI schemes, down-payment plans, and financing options to customers.
• Conduct market visits for lead generation and retailer acquisition.

2. Retailer/Dealer Management

•  Build strong relationships with mobile shop owners, distributors, and partners.
• Ensure retailers follow documentation and KYC guidelines.
• Provide training to retailers on product knowledge & EMI process.

3. Customer Handling & Relationship Management

• Assist customers in selecting the right mobile financing scheme.
• Guide customers throughout the loan process from application to approval.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.

4. Credit & Documentation

• Ensure complete collection of KYC documents.
•  Coordinate with Credit and Operations team for quick approval and activation.
•  Verify customer profiles and ensure compliance with company policies.

5. Collection Follow-up

• Conduct initial follow-ups on overdue accounts.
•  Ensure timely collection of payments and reduce default risk.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly market visit and sales reports.
•  Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Recovery, Finance).
•  Continuously provide market feedback on competitor schemes.

 Job Specifications (Requirements)

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in:Mobile sales & Finance companies

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good market knowledge of mobile shops & customer behavior
• Ability to work under target and pressure
