Position: BTL Account Officer
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts and expense projections.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and analyse variances.
- Verify and process dealer claims with proper documentation.
- Prepare financial and sales performance reports for management.
- Coordinate budgets and expenses for exchange events and promotional activities.
- Liaise with vendors, verify event expenses and support timely bill settlement.
- Support PO creation with proper budget verification.
Position: BTL, Test Ride & Exchange Officer
Locations: Central Region (HQ: Chitwan), Mid-West Regions (HQ: Nepalgunj)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.
- Manage nationwide test ride programs and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate vehicle exchange campaigns with dealers and regional teams.
- Generate quality leads through marketing activations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Manage campaign budgets, vendors, performance and brand standards.
Position: Account Assistant
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
- Record and verify invoices, bills, expenses and supporting documents.
- Assist in dealer claims, reconciliations and payment processing.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments for required documents.
- Support budget tracking and other accounting-related activities.
