Position: BTL Account Officer
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about financial planning within sales operations? We’re looking for a Sales Budget & Claims Officer to join our dynamic team and support effective sales budgeting, expense control, and dealer claim management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the overall sales budget in coordination with Sales and Accounts teams.
- Conduct budget planning, forecasting, and expense projections for sales operations.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Track and control sales-related expenditures within approved limits.
- Verify and process dealer claims, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Review and validate supporting documents and coordinate approvals internally.
- Prepare periodic financial and sales performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with sales teams on budgets for exchange events and promotional activities.
- Liaise with vendors, verify event expenses, and ensure timely bill settlement.
- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation with proper budget verification in coordination with Marketing Accounts.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales budgeting, MIS, or financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills.
- Good understanding of budget control, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
