We are looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our TVS 2W Marketing Team:
Posiiton: Marketing Manager – TVS 2W
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product portfolio management and market share growth across motorcycle, scooter and EV segments
- Develop and execute brand strategy, marketing campaigns and annual marketing plans
- Drive new model launches, product activations, test-ride campaigns and dealer initiatives
- Lead digital marketing, lead generation, conversion and campaign ROI
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights and product performance
- Ensure dealer branding and brand communication compliance
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize marketing investments
- Coordinate with TVS Motor Company on campaigns, launches, reports and OEM requirements
- Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team
- Collaborate with Sales, After-Sales, CCD, Regional Managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Posiiton: Marketing Officer – TVS 2W
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product portfolio and market share analysis across motorcycle, scooter and EV segments
- Prepare market, competitor and product performance reports
- Support execution of the annual marketing calendar and brand campaigns
- Coordinate new model launches, test-ride camps and product activation programs
- Coordinate dealer branding, POS materials and marketing collateral
- Support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation across Meta, Google, website and WhatsApp
- Track digital leads, conversion, social media growth and campaign performance
- Assist in preparing marketing MIS, OEM reports and campaign performance reports
- Coordinate with Sales, After-Sales, CCD, dealers and other internal stakeholders
- Support the Marketing Manager in day-to-day marketing activities and initiatives
Requirements:
Marketing Manager: 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry
Marketing Officer: 1–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong potential may also apply
