Position: MIS Officer
Location: Naxal
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily sales team sell-thru reports (DOS reports)
- Generate model-wise sales tracking and target vs. achievement reports
- Prepare and analyze Monthly RT (Retail Tracking) and WOD (Working Outlet Data) reports
- Generate RD-wise Sell Thru & Sell Out and Stock Target vs. Achievement reports
- Upload billing IMEIs and ensure accuracy in the DMS system
- Support Sales & Marketing teams with data-driven insights and dashboards
- Maintain timely data updates, backups, and reporting documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management (preferably in Sales/Marketing)
- Strong command of MS Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- Knowledge of DMS/ERP systems preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines with accuracy
