Location: Naxal, Kathmandu
Posiiton: Sales In-Charge
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales activities for the EV Truck Division.
- Identify prospective customers and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with fleet operators, corporate clients, dealers, and individual customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Work toward assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, service, spare parts, and operations.
- Submit periodic sales forecasts and performance reports.
Posiiton: Marketing Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Develop promotional content for digital, print, and social-media channels.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Manage and update the division’s social-media content calendar.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, test-drive events, and customer-engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor automotive and EV industry trends.
- Track competitor campaigns, pricing communications, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business objectives.
Posiiton: Spare Parts Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare-parts receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain adequate stock availability.
- Process internal and external spare-parts requirements accurately.
- Maintain updated records of stock movement, orders, and deliveries.
- Conduct periodic physical stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
- Assist with parts forecasting, replenishment planning, and purchase requests.
- Ensure parts are properly labelled, stored, and handled.
- Respond to customer and workshop enquiries regarding parts availability.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, issue notes, and relevant reports.
- Support warranty-related parts documentation where applicable.
- Report shortages, discrepancies, damaged items, and obsolete stock promptly.
