Jagdamba Steels Limited is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join the Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) Plant team.
Position: Mechanical Maintenance Shift Incharge
Location: CRM Plant, Jagdamba Steels Limited Factory (Simara, Bara)
No. of Requirement: 3
Experience Required: At least 4 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in steel, manufacturing, or heavy industrial plants.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical faults in production and utility systems
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and cooling systems
- Maintain and repair equipment including Cranes, Rolling Mills, CGL, CCL, Tube Mills, and Slitters
- Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimum downtime
- Coordinate maintenance activities during shifts for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 4–6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (steel/manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in shift-based environment
