Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling company products/services, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence. The role involves field sales, customer follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure bulk clients for KB Argo’s poultry products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Support product promotions and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related).
- 1–2 years experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or poultry/food products preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
