Job Summary

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling company products/services, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding market presence. The role involves field sales, customer follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure bulk clients for KB Argo’s poultry products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Support product promotions and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related).
  • 1–2 years experience in B2B sales, FMCG, or poultry/food products preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
