SUBJECT: BUSINESS ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Teach management accounting, cost management, CVP analysis, budgeting, and financial decision-making.
- Cover financial statement, ratio and cash flow analysis, and performance measurement.
- Guide students through practical accounting and finance problems, tutorials, discussions, and case studies.
- Conduct and evaluate assignments, presentations, case studies, and examinations, providing timely feedback.
- Follow KFA’s course structure, academic policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Preferred Profile:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of management accounting, financial analysis, NFRS/IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Relevant teaching experience, preferably at the MBA or postgraduate level.
- Practical experience in accounting, finance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, MBS/MBA Finance, or equivalent are preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, classroom management, Excel, and financial/accounting tool skills.
