Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our Commercial Vehicle Division.
Position: Regional Service Incharge
- Oversee day-to-day dealership operations and ensure aftersales readiness across the dealer network
- Monitor service, parts, KPIs, quality standards, and compliance with company policies
- Ensure high service quality, customer retention, and timely resolution of customer concerns
- Support dealers with technical issues, complex repairs, warranty claims, inventory management, and spare parts procurement
- Monitor dealer performance, collect feedback and outstanding payments, track market trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations to management
Posiiton: PDI Cum Insurance Officer
- Conduct pre-delivery inspection of commercial vehicles
- Coordinate vehicle insurance documentation and claims
- Ensure vehicles meet required quality and delivery standards
- Maintain PDI and insurance-related records
Posiiton: Warranty Officer
- Manage warranty claims and documentation
- Coordinate with service teams for warranty-related issues
- Verify warranty eligibility and ensure timely claim submission
- Maintain warranty records and follow up on claim settlements
