Position: Assistant Program Coordinator -BCS.IT

KFA Business School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Program Coordinator for its BSC.IT program

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, records, communication, and event coordination for the BSC.IT program
  • Support students with registration, from fill-up, orientation, and academic progress
  • Assist faculty with logistics and coordinate workshops, seminars and industry sessions
  • Serve as a link between students, faculty, administration, and external partners
  • Monitor student attendance and follow up on absentees

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT-related field
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively with students and faculty

Office Timing: 630 AM -2:30 PM
