Position: Management Trainee (MT)
Required Number: 5 (Five)
Department: Multiple Departments
Employment Type: Full-Time Traineeship
Training Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: NPR 35,000 – NPR 50,000 per month
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a Master’s degree in any Management-related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for digital finance, innovation, and problem-solving
Training & Career Progression
- Selected candidates will undergo an intensive 6-month Management Trainee Program designed to provide practical exposure across different business functions within Khalti.
- Candidates demonstrating outstanding performance during the traineeship period may be offered the position of Junior Officer upon successful completion of the program.
