Position: Jr Officer – Internal Audit and Compliance

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr Officer – Internal Audit and Compliance, located in Naxal, Kathmandu. The responsibilities of this role include preparing and analyzing audit reports, conducting audits, evaluating financial records, and performing compliance checks. The role also involves utilizing analytical skills to identify risks, recommend process improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Audit Reports and conducting Audits
- Experience with Audit and understanding of audit processes
- Strong background in Finance with an understanding of financial systems and compliance
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify risks and propose actionable solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to organizational requirements
- Semi Qualified CA
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in internal auditing or compliance is an advantage
