Position Overview

This role will be responsible for driving organizational performance and capability-building initiatives by leading the performance management cycle and spearheading learning and development (L&D) programs. This role requires a proactive people leader who can partner with head of departments, identify talent development needs, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure that employees are equipped to deliver on organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Lead and coordinate the end-to-end performance management cycle, including KRA/goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of performance data and records.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance improvement strategies.
  • Analyse performance trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate timely and constructive feedback discussions between managers and their teams.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
  •  Maintain the corporate learning calendar and ensure employee participation is tracked and reported.
  • Partner with functional leaders to assess training needs and develop targeted programs.
  •  Measure training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative feedback, making improvements where necessary.
  •  Implement and promote digital learning platforms and other internal development initiatives to build a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s Degree in HR or Business Administration.
  •  Experience: 5–8 years of progressive HR or Talent Management experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and modern L&D practices.
  • Proven ability to analyse talent data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency with HRIS/LMS tools and MS Office Suite.
