Job Description

• Assist in formulating market research program details in close co-ordination with reviewer and Supervisor.
• Assist in preparing detailed annual plan for the existing products market research including pharmacy selection, budget, gifts, field visit schedules, survey questionnaire and data entry module for Nepalese market.
• Conduct market research studies for new and existing molecules to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from shortlisted pharmacies.
• Provide the update of field visits to reviewer and supervisor.
• Monitor industry news, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to stay updated on the latest trends and their impact on the organization.
• Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and make recommendations for new products, services, or marketing strategies based on research findings.
• Extract, organize and share IQVIA data of molecules and therapeutic categories as requested by MPD.
• Assist in preparing Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Brand report for Quarterly and Annual meetings and doing report presentations when required.
• Submit monthly work report to the supervisor within first week of following Nepali month.
• Enhance competency of self and team via continuous learning and development activities.
