The Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing field operations, and supporting business growth initiatives for eSewa in the Butwal region. The role involves coordinating with agents, partners, and field staff to ensure smooth service delivery across SIM sales, branding activities, utility services, travel & bus services, and corporate client support. This position requires proactive market engagement, execution of outreach activities, and ensuring service standards are maintained as per company guidelines.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s running preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in the marketing field, preferably in fintech, digital services, or FMCG.
Job Description
Business Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with travel agencies and partners to manage Travel & Bus Services. • Support customers and partners in utility services such as NEA, Khanepani, ISP, and movie services.
- Assist in managing Health & Insurance services as required.
- Provide support for Corporate eSewa services and ensure smooth operational coordination.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare periodic reports on field activities, market insights, and competitor updates.
- Maintain documentation related to agent services, branding activities, and service performance.
Sales & Service Operations
- Drive SIM sales through market visits, partner engagement, and promotional activities.
- Facilitate and manage agent services, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and support.
- Oversee field staff mobilization, ensuring timely deployment and productivity monitoring.
Branding & Market Visibility
- Execute branding initiatives, including placement of marketing materials, outreach campaigns, and local event support.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints in the assigned region.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Basic reporting and documentation skills.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for field visits.
