Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Kathmandu
MAW Skills Academy & RR Shree School of Technology Pvt. Ltd. invite applications from dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated professionals for the position of Business Development Executive. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for promoting market-oriented skills training programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the training and education sector
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Assess client needs and coordinate with the academic/creative team to design appropriate solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Track leads, analyze market trends, and prepare, regular business development reports
- Support management in exploring new services, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales business development, marketing or client relationship management
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Good understanding of market trends with strategic thinking capability
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and team collaboration platforms
