We are looking for a Business Planning Manager who will be responsible for driving strategic planning, business analysis, and performance measurement initiatives to support informed decision-making and the achievement of the company short-term and long-term objectives.
Job Title: Business Planning Manager
Job Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, approval, and tracking of the Annual Business Plan.
- Monitor business initiatives against the approved strategic plan and regularly report progress, gaps, and variances to senior management.
- Support the definition and implementation of Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and report performance data through dashboards, and support the facilitation of periodic performance review meetings.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential risks impacting the business.
- Support process standardization initiatives and assist in the implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Master degree preferred) with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior management.
