- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service
- Candidates with prior sales experience in industrial products will be given preference
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in maintaining positive working relationships with institutional business and government agencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
