JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently
  • Maintain visitor and inquiry records accurately
  • Provide information about our services, courses, and ongoing programs
  • Coordinate with counselors and other departments for smooth office operations
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing office calendar
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Prior experience in customer service or front desk role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Nepali
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Google Workspace)
  • Friendly, professional, and well-presented personality
