JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently
- Maintain visitor and inquiry records accurately
- Provide information about our services, courses, and ongoing programs
- Coordinate with counselors and other departments for smooth office operations
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing office calendar
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Nepali
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Google Workspace)
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented personality
