Academic Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in business field, preferably in agribusiness or seed related industry
Strong understanding of seed registration & release of varieties in Nepal
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to operational areas and engage with diverse stakeholders
Preference for candidates based in Kathmandu/Chitwan
Valid two/four -wheeler license with personal vehicle preferred

Position: Account Assistant Officer

Location: Kathmandu, Dhangadi, Surkhet, Lumbini, Gandaki, Chitwan, Madesh & Koshi

Academic Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, FInace, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in agribusiness or a related industry.
Strong understanding of Nepal’s tax laws, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Position: Seed Coordinator

Location: Kathmandu, Dhangadi, Surkhet, Lumbini, Gandaki, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Madesh & Koshi

Academic Qualification:

Experience:

Knowledge of seed industry, Wholesale & Retail marketing Strategies are mandatory
Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and report writing.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the province and work with diverse farming communities.

Position: Research Officer

Duty Station: Madhers, Lumbini

Academic Qualification:

Experience:

Knowledge of hybrid and open-pollinated seed systems, climate-resilient varieties, and local agro-ecological conditions is a strong advantage
Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and report writing
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement and interpersonal relation management skills with farmers,
Willingness to travel extensively within province and work diverse farming communities
