Experience: 2-3 years as runner, Freshers are also encouraged
Additional Requirement: A valid 2 wheelers License
Job Description:
- Collect documents, parcels, or packages from the office or assigned location for delivery.
- Deliver items to specified destinations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure all deliveries are done according to the company’s standards and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including collecting signatures or confirmations when required.
- Ensure items are handled carefully to prevent damage during transport.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle (if applicable).
- Coordinate with supervisors for any delivery issues or route changes.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with clients during delivery.
- Report any delivery problems or delays to management promptly.
- Keep track of delivery receipts, logs, and other documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of delivery equipment, such as bicycles, scooters, or motorbikes, if used.
- Assist in loading and unloading packages or items as needed.
