Position: ESG Officer
Location: Tangal, Kathmandu
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Environmental Science
Experience: 4 years in Related Field
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and policies regarding ESG, grievance redressal and other relevant topics.
- Collect, manage and analyze crucial ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote ESG awareness and initiate ESG related training activities.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to incorporate ESG practices into operations.
- Perform field and branch visits to monitor and survey ESG practices.
- Monitor overall environment and social aspects to supply required materials upon urgent requests.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, social and governance regulations and standards.
- Assess various ESG risks and support in mitigation and improvement plans for such risks.
- Ensure systematic tracking and documentation of ESG data for regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
