Position: Sales Coordinator
Required Number: 1
Location: Corporate Office, Tangal Kathmandu
Qualification:: BBA, BBS or Bachelors in Management streams.
Experience:  At least 1 years/ Freshers are encouraged.
Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word and Power point.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze sales data for reporting and management review.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for management meetings.
  • Perform sales data entry, validation, filtering, and reconciliation to ensure report accuracy.
  • Coordinate with branches and sales teams for sales updates, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics regularly.
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation related to sales operations.
  • Support corporate sales activities and assist in operational coordination.
  • Handle clerical and administrative tasks related to the sales department.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain confidentiality of sales information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of sales operations and reporting processes will be an advantage.
