Note 1: Bike and extensive field travel are required only for Field Sales Staff positions. All other positions are office-based.
Note 2: The position of staff (Junior Assistant/Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer) will be determined based on candidate’s experience, expertise and by mutual agreement.
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. Agriculture or I.Sc. Agriculture (relevant for technical positions)
- Valid Motorcycle Driving License (for Field Sales Staff only)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (for Field Sales Staff)
- Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email & Reporting)
- Age: 18 – 45 years
For Reception / Jr. Assistant:
- Plus Two (10+2) or equivalent level passed in ANY SUBJECT.
Note: Candidates with relevant field experience will be considered even if they do not have a B.Sc. or I.Sc. Agriculture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Field Sales Staff:
- Promote and market agricultural products and services, achieve sales targets and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers & stakeholders.
2. Technical Assistant:
- Provide technical support and assist in documentation, reporting and coordination.
3. Reception / Jr. Assistant:
- Handle front desk, calls, visitor management and general administrative support.
