Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide accurate information or direct patients to the concerned department
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Duty Schedule: Must be Flexible to work Morning / Evening / Night shifts (24/7)
