Position Summary
The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all night operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of the facility during night hours. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience in supervisory role)
- Prior experience in night shift or supervisory roles preferred
- Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle stress and make quick decisions
Major Roles And Responsibilities (Job Details)
- Supervise all night shift staff and ensure discipline and attendance
- Monitor patient care services (for hospital) or guest services (for hotel)
- Coordinate with emergency and support departments for any incidents
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order throughout the facility
- Handle escalations, emergencies, or critical issues promptly
- Ensure logs, reports, and handovers are maintained accurately
- Report any unusual events or incidents to the relevant authority
