Position: Chief Finance Officer

Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Masterโs degree in Finance, Accounting,
- Strong Knowledge of Nepalese taxation laws, financial regulations, and corporate compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with Nepalese taxation laws, corporate regulations, and healthcare financial requirements
- Oversee preparation of financial, statements, statutory reporting, and coordination of external audits
- Strengthen internal, financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management systems
- Supervise revenue cycle management including billing, receivables, and insurance processes
- Oversee effective utilization of ERP and financial systems to ensure accurate and compliant reporting
