Position: Housekeeping & Waste Management Supervisor

Qualification: Minimum – Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management
Experience: 2 – 3 years experience in hospital waste management, housekeeping or healthcare facility management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily hospital waste collection, segregation, transportation and storage.
- Ensure proper segregation of infectious, general, sharps, pharmaceutical, chemical and other healthcare waste at source.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control (IPC), hospital waste management policies and safety requirements.
- Provide training to staff on waste segregation, PPE, spill management and safe handling procedures.
