Position: IT Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hospital IT systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify and address IT needs
- Monitor systems performance and recommend upgrades or improvements
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data availability
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance hospital operations
- Train staff on the use of IT systems and software as needs
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for IT systems, processes and procedures to ensure operational continuity and compliance
