Position: Operation Officer (Field Assistance – EV Business Development)

Employment Type:
Full-Time

Workstation: On-Site / Kuleshwor, Kathmandu

Offered Monthly Salary: 20,000/- to 22,000/-

Working Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Sunday – Thursday

Job Summary

To support growing initiatives, we are seeking an Operations Officer to assist with client acquisition, stakeholder coordination, training and monitoring of field activities, and follow-up on digital records.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Maintain regular communication with local stakeholders including:
  •  Financial institutions (cooperatives, MFIs)
  •  Transport samitis, ward offices, and EV dealers, buyers’ vendors
  •  Local implementing partners and NGOs
  • Serve as the first point of contact for field-level coordination.
  •  Represent Aloi in community meetings and local events as needed.
  • Support onboarding of clients by verifying eligibility, collecting documentation, and entering data into Aloi systems.
  •  Support the planning and delivery of digital training programs on financial literacy, technology use, etc.
  • Monitor attendance and engagement during training and follow up on knowledge retention.
  • Conduct field visits to track project implementation and client satisfaction.
  •  Collect field data and provide regular updates and reports.
  • Assist stakeholders in following up with clients for timely transactions

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/business is preferred
  • Owns personal vehicle and has driving license
  •  Experience in delivering digital training and informative sessions
  • Proficiency in documentation and excellent communication skills
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  •  Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Nepali and English
  •  Self-motivated with proactive approach and result driven mindset
  •  Outgoing personality, influencer and a team player
