Position: Operation Officer (Field Assistance – EV Business Development)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Workstation: On-Site / Kuleshwor, Kathmandu
Offered Monthly Salary: 20,000/- to 22,000/-
Working Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm / Sunday – Thursday

Job Summary
To support growing initiatives, we are seeking an Operations Officer to assist with client acquisition, stakeholder coordination, training and monitoring of field activities, and follow-up on digital records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with local stakeholders including:
- Financial institutions (cooperatives, MFIs)
- Transport samitis, ward offices, and EV dealers, buyers’ vendors
- Local implementing partners and NGOs
- Serve as the first point of contact for field-level coordination.
- Represent Aloi in community meetings and local events as needed.
- Support onboarding of clients by verifying eligibility, collecting documentation, and entering data into Aloi systems.
- Support the planning and delivery of digital training programs on financial literacy, technology use, etc.
- Monitor attendance and engagement during training and follow up on knowledge retention.
- Conduct field visits to track project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Collect field data and provide regular updates and reports.
- Assist stakeholders in following up with clients for timely transactions
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/business is preferred
- Owns personal vehicle and has driving license
- Experience in delivering digital training and informative sessions
- Proficiency in documentation and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Nepali and English
- Self-motivated with proactive approach and result driven mindset
- Outgoing personality, influencer and a team player
