JOB OPPORTUNITY
Position: Management Trainee
Purpose of the position
To assist in providing proactive support to management and staff regarding completion of related projects/work as assigned.
Responsibilities & duties
- Assist in understanding business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective clients’ preferences;
- Undertake statistical analysis and research on assigned tasks;
- Carry out Quality Management System (QMS) activities within the organization for effective implementation of the organizational system;
- Work with the seniors in the collation of information and to ensure deadlines are met;
- Support the delivery of projects, produce and manage documentation and co-ordinate the seniors;
- Develop proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions and organization credentials;
- Work with supervisor to plan and direct the project of the organization;
- Update job knowledge by participating in opportunities provided;
- Provide data, reports and presentations to seniors;
- Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business projects and plans;
- Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive way to assist the seniors to meet the team’s key objectives;
- Gather critical information consulting different sources to produce best report and documents for the projects;
- Acquire knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that is needed for departmental duties and performance;
- Perform other duties assigned by the seniors.
Academic & trades qualifications
– Master’s Degree
