Rasuwa Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Site Accountant for its infrastructure project.

Reporting To: Admin Head

Requirements:
Candidates should have completed or be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Studies, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting, MS Excel, documentation, and financial record-keeping is preferred. Candidates should be willing to work at the project site and coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Function
- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation, perform data entry in accounting software, support invoice processing and reconciliation work, ensure invoices received at site are communicated to Head Office, and assist in timely reconciliation of relevant accounts.
Petty Cash Management
- Maintain petty cash records, record all transactions and receipts, manage petty cash replenishment, reconcile cash balances regularly, ensure proper documentation and authorization for petty cash disbursements, and prepare petty cash reports for review by senior management.
Material In and Out Record
- Accurately record material receipts and issuances, coordinate with the technical team to record material consumption on time, verify material receipts against purchase orders, reconcile discrepancies, maintain stock movement records, and prepare material usage reports for Head Office and management review.
Other Duties
- Liaise with local vendors and contractors, assist with negotiations, and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
