JOB OPPORTUNITY

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for Riddhi Siddhi Sanitaryware products within an assigned territory or client segment. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of the sanitaryware market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to generating new business and managing existing client accounts (including B2B and B2C).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing benchmarks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
  • Regular reporting of market feedback and competitive activity.
  • Managing client accounts, track project schedules, and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and new technologies in sectors relating to our product portfolio.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not always mandatory).
  • Experience: 0-3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably within the Sanitaryware, Bath Fittings, Flooring, or Building Materials industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with our product portfolio (e.g., Sanitaryware, Flooring, Water Pumps; etc) and their technical specifications is a strong advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a target-driven mentality.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business sense.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
