Position: Assistant Manager Business Development
Location: Kathmandu

Role Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding into new markets and regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Generate sales leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements in coordination with internal teams.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute business growth strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure while achieving revenue and KPI targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities, and submit regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at client visits, industry events, and business meetings within and outside Kathmandu.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development and sales
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
- Experience working with technology products, technology partners, IT solutions, or system integrators is preferred
