Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Satdobato, Lalitpur
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR polices aligned with business goals; partner with CEO to drive performance, accountability, and fairness
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across stores, HO and leadership roles; ensure timely manpower planning and reduce attrition
- Implement KPI-based performance management, appraisals, discipline, and attendance systems
- Manage role-based salaries, performance-linked incentives, and recognition programs; ensure fairness and motivation
- Define career paths, succession plans, and training programs to build staff capabilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle grievances, and maintain healthy employee relations
- Submit daily and weekly HR reports; present progress in CEO review meetings
- Deliverables; reduced attrition, timely hiring, strong performance management, high employee engagement and scalable HR systems
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
- 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in related, FMCG or multi-location organizations
- Experience in performance management, manpower planning, and HR policy implementation
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
