Position: Supervisor / Floor Incharge
Location: Maharajgunj, Kathmandu
Job Description:
- Lead overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Manage store team performance, attendance, and productivity
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and store standards
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, shrinkage control, and ordering
- Oversee merchandising, product display, and promotional execution
- Monitor cash handling, billing operations, and compliance procedures
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports
- Coordinate with head office for staffing, procurement, and store performance
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large teams and handle high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of retail KPLs, inventory control and store systems
