Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Satdobato, Lalitpur

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle LC opening, amendments, documentation, bank coordination and payments.
- Process employee final settlements, including salary, leave, deductions and recoveries.
- Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, process vendor payments & monitor outstanding balances.
- Supervise and review daily cash, bank, and accounting transactions.
- Review and approve IPS payments, vendor payments, salary payments and other fund transfers.
- Review PDC issuance, collection, encashment, cancellation, reversal and related accounting entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all bank and fund-related transactions.
- Coordinate with purchase department to resolve payment, vendor and accounting issues.
- Report banking, cash flow, payment and reconciliation matters to the Finance Manager.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
