Position: Senior Officer – Knowledge Management and Partnership
Location: Central Office, Bhaisepati, Lalitpur
Must have:
- Master’s degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies or a relevant discipline, from a recognized institution.
- Minimum five years of experience in development/research communications, knowledge management, or business development.
- Proficient in utilizing graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, to develop high-quality communication and knowledge products.
- Ability to administer organizational social media platforms and organizational website.
- Proficiency in summarizing and synthesizing content by studying relevant documents, skills to draft news, blogs, and scripts. Experience in grant writing, donor engagement, or proposal development is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective engagement within organizational and project contexts.
- Recognition and integration of gender and cultural considerations in project activities.
- Fluency in both English and Nepali this includes both reading and writing.
