Senior Officer

Position: Senior Officer – Knowledge Management and Partnership

Location: Central Office, Bhaisepati, Lalitpur

Must have:

• Master’s degree in Communication, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies or a relevant discipline, from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of experience in development/research communications, knowledge management, or business development.
• Proficient in utilizing graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro, to develop high-quality communication and knowledge products.
• Ability to administer organizational social media platforms and organizational website.
• Proficiency in summarizing and synthesizing content by studying relevant documents, skills to draft news, blogs, and scripts. Experience in grant writing, donor engagement, or proposal development is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective engagement within organizational and project contexts.
• Recognition and integration of gender and cultural considerations in project activities.
• Fluency in both English and Nepali this includes both reading and writing.
