Job Description

Manage the proper functioning of the workshop.
Ensure customer satisfaction, handle critical customer complaints
Maintain agreed CSI and constantly monitor and analysis of CSI and formulate an action plan for effective implementation for improvement
Ensure timely & quality service at the workshop.

Job Specifications

Bachelor in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 1 year of experience in workshop management
Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures and management
Excellent leadership, team management and customer-handling skills
