Position: Assistant Manager – Learning & Development

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives and enhance overall people experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training calendar
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training and leadership development programs
  • Align learning initiatives with performance management and career development
  • Calculate ROI of training programs and manage L&D budgets
  • Drive people experience initiatives including employee engagement, culture, wellness, and team-building programs
  • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans
  • Promote organizational values and support employee development initiatives
  • Utilize HR analytics to improve employee experience, retention, and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development / HR
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Self-motivated, confident, detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
