Position: Creative & Design Lead (Full-Time)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative & Design Lead to own how Springbase.ai looks, feels, and communicates visually — from brand identity and campaigns to website, product storytelling, and performance-driven design.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can combine strong design thinking with execution and drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own brand identity, visual system & design consistency
- Lead campaign creatives across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Design high-quality assets (social, ads, website, decks, product visuals)
- Manage and grow visual presence across social media
- Improve website and landing page conversion design
- Create product storytelling and visual narratives
- Support motion, video & multimedia creatives
- Contribute to paid campaigns and performance design
- Use AI tools to scale creative workflows
- Track performance and optimize design output
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in creative/design roles (preferably B2B SaaS/AI)
- Strong portfolio across brand, campaigns, social & web design
- Excellent design fundamentals (typography, layout, hierarchy)
- Experience with Figma and design tools (Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Ability to simplify complex products into clear visuals
- Familiarity with AI tools and performance-driven design
Work Setup
- Full-time, Kathmandu-based
- Fast-paced, global-facing environment
- Requires personal laptop, internet & mobility
