Position: Front Desk cum HR Assistant
Location: Corporate Office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Shanker Group is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Front Desk cum HR Assistant to join our Corporate Office team. The selected candidate will be stationed at the front desk while actively supporting the HR team in recruitment and employee documentation-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception and manage front desk operations professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Support the HR team in talent acquisition activities including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation
- Support in SSF-related documentation and employee registration process
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and HR support requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or HR support role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and strong organizational skills
