Position: Implementation Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and execution-driven professional who can help customers successfully onboard, implement, and adopt Springbase.ai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding, implementation, and go-live processes
• Understand customer requirements and configure practical AI-powered workflows
• Conduct onboarding sessions, product demos, and training workshops
• Support setup of knowledge bases, workflows, automations, and meeting intelligence tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implementation needs
• Prepare implementation documentation, guides, and customer handoff notes
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, product support, or related roles
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow platforms, SaaS products, or automation systems will be an advantage
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
