Position Summary:
Jagdamba Flour and Agro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value institutional clients in the food production and HoReCa sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships, driving institutional sales, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient supply and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Portfolio Growth:
Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value institutional clients including industrial food producers, regional bakery chains, and HoReCa supply chains.
🔹 Contract Negotiation:
Lead annual and quarterly pricing negotiations while navigating the volatility of the wheat futures market to ensure healthy margins.
🔹 Supply Chain Coordination:
Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure Just-in-Time delivery and maintain high fulfillment rates.
🔹 Technical Advisory:
Understand client-specific requirements such as protein, ash, and moisture levels to recommend suitable flour blends for their production processes.
🔹 Market Intelligence:
Monitor crop reports, competitor pricing, and consumer trends to advise clients on procurement timing and market opportunities.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field.
✔ 5–7 years of experience in Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or FMCG/Agro-based industries.
✔ Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and analytical skills.
✔ Experience working with industrial clients, bakeries, or HoReCa supply chains will be an added advantage.
