Position: MIS Officer
Location: Corporate Office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented MIS Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command over Advanced Excel, and prior experience in a trading company environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data for management reporting.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting requirements.
- Support management with data analysis and business insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MIS/reporting roles, preferably in a trading company.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, charts, data analysis, etc.).
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
