Position: Office Assistant
Location: Uttardhoka, Lazimpat
We are looking for a competent and reliable Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support across various departments. The Office Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, assisting with clerical tasks, and facilitating efficient communication within the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Payment collection, Delivery, Cheque, Deposit others as per requirement.
- Responsible for packaging & transportation to deliver the goods to the parties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
