Posiiton: Officer/Senior Officer
ROLLING MILL PRODUCTION & MAINTENANCE
Location: Parasi, Bhairahawa, Nepal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead shift operations and achieve production targets
- Monitor rolling mill process, quality, yield and productivity
- Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance
- Minimize downtime and improve mill performance
- Implement Lean, 5S, TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Ensure SOP implementation and ISO compliance
- Ensure safety compliance and promote safe culture
- Maintain shift reports, MIS and performance indicators
- Manage manpower, training and team development
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 5+ years of experience in Rolling Mill / Steel Industry
- Shift in-charge / shift operations experience required
- Knowledge of maintenance, breakdown analysis & RCA
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen
- Experience in SOPs, ISO documentation and implementation
- Good leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor Accommodation inside the factory for outstation candidates
- Fooding Arrangement as per company policy
