Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities
- Assist in performance management and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
